Lee Jones' journey...
At 16, Lee earned his Leaders Award Certificate with Flint Town FC and later obtained his UEFA C Licence in 2008 while playing youth football with Wrexham AFC. By age 19, he achieved his UEFA B Licence and became the Academy Director at Rhyl FC, overseeing coaching staff and guiding teams to success in international tournaments. He also managed the 'Strikers' project at Rhyl FC, aiding individuals in acquiring employment skills through football. After moving to Australia, he trialed with clubs like Central Coast Mariners before transitioning to coaching and establishing Joner Football. With experience coaching elite players across various leagues, I'm proud of Joner Football's growth and aim to be recognised as a top specialist coach globally.

Tom Owens, Head Coach & Founder of Tom Owens UK, brings his experience from playing for Preston North End and earning a soccer scholarship at Notre Dame College. Recognising the value of specialised training, he honed his skills and achieved success, including winning the PDL twice. Transitioning to coaching, Tom discovered his passion for youth development, leading him to establish Tom Owens UK. Starting as a solo effort, the business has grown into a team of dedicated trainers. With a focus on inspiring others, Tom aims to encourage individuals to pursue their passions with determination and hard work.
